Greater Swiss Mountain Dog Club of America
This online application is provided for breeders wishing to be awarded the Breeder’s Achievement Award that do not wish to compete for the Breeder’s Cup. Any breeder wishing to compete for the Breeder’s Cup must submit the Complete Application. Due to complexity, there is not an online version of the Breeder's Cup application. All Breeders are eligible to receive a Breeder’s Achievement Award each calendar year, but each breeder must complete and submit an application for the award.
Deadline for application submission is March 1, 2008. No late applications will be accepted.

Breeder/s must be a Member of the GSMDCA in good standing. International members can meet achievements by equivalent activities/certifications in their home countries.

Two different breeders cannot take credit for the same achievement by the same dog. In the event that two breeders cannot decide, the committee tallying the awards reserve the right to make the decision. Should two breeders consistantly breed together under the same Kennel name, breeders can receive the award collectively.

* Documentation is required for proof of above achievements. Documents such as title certificates can be scanned and submitted via Email to Breeder's Achievement Award. Documentation for BOB or BOS wins or OFA results can be scanned OR can be a direct Online link to the exact AKC event result page or an OFA link to the exact dog. (Just include exact link in Email) EMAIL MUST INCLUDE BREEDER'S NAME.
* Proof of Breeder of Record for each dog used to earn the award is required (Easiest way to do tihs is to scan a copy of the dog's AKC papers, or AKC Litter Record)
*GSMDCA Support will be verified with the particular committee. No proof is required by breeder.
